We carry out reorganisation and restructuring measures for our clients and develop economically sensible crisis-prevention concepts. Together with our clients, we initiate the measures that are necessary in each case (negotiations with contractual partners, restructuring of the company, staff measures such as short-time working and workforce reductions, application for state aid, etc.) and advise on the strategic approach. In addition, we support our clients in protective shield proceedings and in self-administration.

We advise our clients on the structuring of comprehensive security interests with respect to contractual partners. If a crisis scenario arises for one of the contracting parties, we assert our clients’ claims in and out of court and pursue proceedings.
